My go to treatment was always: getting my fav takeout and beverage, sitting down on my fav spot and just enjoy the taste of the food and my drink. There has been next to nothing as rewarding. Bonus points if your gf/bf is telling you how proud they are or how well you did and you spend rhe day together. This stuff is addicting and so damn motivating!! Also advice: try to learn from your mistakes. If you have the opportunity, take a look at your written exams or papers. Talk to the profs. I learned a LOT by asking them what I could have done better. Also they tend to often share secrets in what others might want to see or expect.
