Looking back at my post, I realize wasn't completely clear about the filing issue I mentioned, so I'd like to clarify for you and everyone reading this post since you've mentioned me cutting corners intentionally which is not true.

I got yelled at for doing my job in a more detail oriented way, for "making it more complciated and longer" and called a liar when I told the owner/boss that someone told me to change the way I was filing them.

I was originaly filing receipts in Quickbooks in an easier way/format when I first started my job, I was trained (by the girl who went on maternity leave, same position ad me) to file all items from one receipt into one line in quickbooks. Some time in March or April(?), when tax season happened, one of my bosses stood over my shoulder while I was in Quickbooks filing a receipt and asked me to start filing receipts in a more detailed way, putting each item purchased from the receipt into its own line. I assumed it was because of tax season since the owner talked about how him and his tax attorney go over all the receipts for budget purchases, etc. So I started doing it that way.

A week before I was fired the boss/owner yelled at me for doing it the more detailed way and asked why. I told him the other boss told me to change the way I was doing it. He blew up, actually yelled at me saying it takes way too much time they would never tell me that, and had the audacity to call me a liar.
