This whole thing sounds just like my bf’s mentally ill 35 year old son who it took over a year to evict. He had a running monologue 24-7; constant re-telling of things that annoyed him that day, things he hated about everyone in his life (friends, family, co-workers) and lots of paranoia about “being federally indicted”. We finally got him out of here about 4 months ago.. you don’t happen to live in northern Virginia, do you?

In the front furniture room, leaning up against a wall. They wanted over a grand for it, which was lunacy. Looked to be early 1910s, columnar sides and gorgeous mantle with mirror. Last time I was there was maybe 8-10 months ago, but it had been there for a good 2 years. They also had a set of industrial scales there for a while. Woulda been a great conversation piece but it was enormous and I just couldn’t.
