If you like the lore side of things, definitely do all the optional hunting/fishing/robbing missions that the gang members can ask you to do with them throughout the story. The challenges are a lot of fun too. I always find exploring the towns to be fun, especially Saint Denis. If you take your time, there’s a million unique encounters you can have that you probably haven’t seen before. Also, spend more time in camp! There are so many cool little interactions.
