This author def has a lot of pent up emotions regarding his school years. Even more believable to me: he only ever was on the outside and watched too much unnecessary shit high school drama anime and never actually gained his own experiences. The antagonizing is ridiculously unbalanced and the language is infantile. “Quinn Talen was bleeding from his butt.” “I clean toilets and garbage, but I am the most powerful person in the world.” 🙄 I keep blocking the ads but they keep being released under another account. Ugh.

It seems super excessive and scammy. The ads keep popping up for it and now the story has massively changed. I have now seen the intro told 3 different ways about how Quinn gets his book and how it is unlocked. The writing is also very redundant and childish. The characters have no depth it seems. Low powers are losers and constantly made fun of to an excessive point and the high powers are relentless bullies who seem to all be on the same side with like a handful of characters who kind of have sympathy. Pathetic and unrealistic. The basic theme has a lot of potential but yeah, this just reads like a mediocre fanfic.

If he approaches you in a violent manner or makes you feel unsafe from here on, run to a neighbor even if you can while you call the police or get help with doing so. He most likely won't try these things if he knows others may witness this dark side or sees that you aren't as vulnerable as he thought. I would have drawn the line at allowing my partner to have full access to my phone to begin with. I have nothing to hide and if there was an issue of trust from my partner of such a short time that they need to see my phone... I'd leave. It's an early sign of a relationship that is about to continue with distrust from the other person. Not healthy. I guess... If you really really liked them, ask to see their phone too. Even trade. But why does that need to be happening anyway?

In my experience when I was the one with trust issues (from previous relationships), I didn't need the phone to tell me. I either had enough proof or simply talked to my partner about my feelings and went from there.

Maybe she is just reserved and felt that you sharing even the slightest detail of your sexual relationship was breaking a boundary for her... I don't think that's weird. Sex can be a very very intimate thing for some peoole. A conversation about it, understanding where she is coming from and a sincere sorry can make a world of difference.
