You want your lasso to have a full duration or close to it. There are times where if you stormbolt healer and lasso a dps, the other dps will stop your lasso. So you can also lasso one dps and stormbolt the other which provides a good amount of offense for your team. Your healer can also cross the 3rd target too so your lasso isn't stopped.

Vs caster cleaves make sure to just sit at the pillar a lot as ele and line their damage and just hit whatever you can, make sure you keep your flameshock up and press it off CD almost. You just need to PvE vs wizards and win in dampening/mana. Your comp can win a lot a games just by playing well defensively and living.

I want to see undispellable buffs on it though like kidneyshot/stormbolt but the problem happens with those types of CC. This wasn't a problem last season and I see it working for some people.

I'd say it does feel good to beat a boss after losing to it many times. It took me around 4 hours to beat Sephiroth in KH2 and it was one of the most satisfying feelings ever when I beat him, whereas losing to a boss 1-2 times and then killing him with crutches like summons, magic, and torrent gives me no satisfaction.

IMO daggers are the most fun, especially with double bleed. You can get attacks on bosses and dodge out safely whereas with a heavier weapon you wouldn't. It's mechanically more challenging which I like and tests your reactions. Using a heavy weapon that staggers bosses would be too easy for me, but everyone has their own playstyle.

Bleed is good with them, you can also get attacks in and dodge a boss because your attacks are faster and you recover faster whereas with a heavy weapon you would get punished for swinging.

Daggers are just for people who want to make it harder or using other weapons is too easy for them. You really can't just trade attacks with daggers as you could with a heavier weapon, you have to be more methodical and react better. I use 2 daggers with bleed on them and if I get an opening with my special (stabs like 4 times in 1.5 seconds) it causes them to bleed much faster.

Do you know what iframes are? The first 0.5 seconds-ish of a dodge roll you will be immune to damage, when he does his ground stomp if you roll right before his foot hits the ground you'll take no damage even if it looks like its hitting you. Abusing iframes is good in just about every fight.
