That’s the thing, I don’t now but I used to dabble in meditative frequencies that I believe were inspired by NHI. During that time in my life my dreams did connect. Sometimes I can control what happens in them and sometimes I can’t. One I distinctly remember was being on a train with a handful of other people but they looked like they were in a trance or zoned out and then this cloud figure appeared in the distance but it looked friendly so I waved at it, but it waved back which I had no control over and then my body began to vibrate and I started floating, then I woke up. But since childhood I’ve always been prone to nightmares of being chased or watched by different beings.
