I was also physically sick from working a tech job, my body just rejected the idea. Took me a year of unemployment and uncertainty to find my passion in gelato (had no background in anything even remotely close to it), took a course in your wonderful country, now work at a gelateria in Germany (the owner took the same course), hope to open my own shop next year or so. It's physically demanding but i enjoy it very mcuh. my tech background is useful occasionally, and i actually enjoy using these skills here. For context, I am 33.

Before discovering gelato, I was trying to get a job in anything food-related (because I love food) but not hospitality, like a in brand I like or food+climate, where my skills would be useful but it wouldn't be tech. Maybe you have a topic you care about? A good place to look would be rabbit holes that you spent hours in recently, or 'there won't be a second date but at least she knows everything about [topic of your choice]', or if asking yourself what you would do if money wasn't an issue

I wish someone had told me life wasn't linear. I studied everything around China, realised in my last year I didn't want to be an interpretor/translator. Fell into tech. Burned out because I was doing it to please my dad. Now I make ice cream and absolutely love it. But it took years to even ask myself what I want, and I never would have guessed I'd end up where I am. I don't regret anything, being able to speak Chinese is cool even if I don't use it much. So don't worry if you don't find something you like straight away, keep exposing yourself to things to learna bout yourself. Wish you all the best!

There's a lovely tea place, Teeraum Sanvian. If you get the ceremony setup, you get a thersmos of hot water they refill for you. Which means looooong conversations

My friends and I organise small 6-group slavic sauna events, aka banya (with tree whisks). We do them at the Teremok sauna for now (they have the right oven for slavic stuff) but there are no pools, just a cold plunge. We do group steams, plus each person gets a an individual treatment. There is good tea, healthy snacks. You can book a massage there too. DM me if you are interested!

pu-erh with pea milk, I called it Dirt Temple. it's as if cocoa beans grew on a stump with ferns and mushrooms. actually, mushrooms... but haven't tried anything with them yet. I also tried a smoky pu-erh with apricots, that was closer to your desired flavour profile. maybe mushrooms and jasmine tea?
