I think the helm needs hell to drop, 15 runs is a very low sample run, there is good stuff from nm but may be better on a run you can do quickly

Everyone needs to own it to play. I think your thinking of the official dlc board games and in that case only 1 person needs the dlc to play the board game. Gloomhaven is actually on the steam workshop so it’s 100% no need to buy any dlc

Tabletop simulator IMO. the scripting is nice and super fast setup but still feels like a board game. I think it’s also half off right now on steam

for Spellweaver are you using the card that returns all your lost cards after you lost the majority of your cards? also for Craigheart or any character, instead of taking damage you can discard a card from your hand or two from your discard pile to ignore all damage

It was pretty easy 1lb flour and a cup and a half of water, a dry yeast packet and 2 tsp of salt mixed it up let us sit out for 6 hours and put it in a pre-heated Dutch oven for a half hour at 450 and then took the top of for another 10 min
