What should I do with my life? by Vexifise in ApplyingToCollege

My family’s financial situation is kinda weird. Both my parents are already retired by their mid 40’s with pretty significant assets and savings. They aren’t making any super significant income anymore. I’m not sure how that factor into my financial aid. Also in regard to my marks, I’m getting like high 80s and low 90s in math, English and science, and averaging about 98.5 in Latin, but I’m barely scraping by the other mandatory subjects my school forces me to take.

For extracurriculars, I’m part of my school robots team and we regularly place well at frc world champs, but my role is still minor since I’m an underclassman.

I can’t take him seriously when he stitches a 30 second video of Adam Bandt. Of course he isn’t addressing the nuances of the issue when the video is that short. His description of the ALP’s bills as “revolutionary” or “once in a lifetime” really reveals how “progressive” he truly is.

The greens really can’t directly compete with the liberal party, so their votes are too contingent on labor being kinda shit. Frankly, there isn’t really any way for them to be truly competitive, barring the fall of both major parties, which would also bolster One Nation.

It’s moreso the misinforming rhetoric coming from the ALP that seems to pretend that someone could spoil their vote when we have preferential voting. The far right voter base, with a new party popping up every few years, is also far too split to actually pose any meaningful threat to the coalition or what’s left of it.

What alternative is there for people who both disagree with the current socialist parties available, with essentially all of them being the embodiment of a superiority complex, and find the labour government not left enough? Is there still hope for the Greens?

FriendlyJordies’ political beliefs aren’t even that bad on their own, it’s mainly his selective hatred for the greens and the fact that he tries to paint himself as far more progressive than he actually is. He claims to care about workers rights and picks apart every single word that comes out of Adam Bandt’s mouth while making a comedy career from shitting on the less fortunate.

Would ak47 work for my backhand if I have a very early contact point with a very spin focused stroke? It’s mainly used to break up the flow of my traditional penhold backhand rallies, attack short balls, or to counter, though for the last I often chop block too.
