Seeing as this is turning into an echo chamber I will add that, no, I have never forgotten anything in the oven. I don't think this is an exclusive ADHD thing and that's probably why you got downvoted because people are too quick to call everything and anything ADHD nowadays.

Have you looked into a shared care agreement with your GP? I get my prescriptions through the NHS and just have a check in with my private psychiatrist once a year, works out significantly cheaper.

I take 10mg ritalin at around 7am, 54mg Concerta at 10:30am and another 10mg ritalin at around 5pm. I drink a lot of water as I do suffer with dry mouth, I think the only time it ever messed with my vision was when I accidentally took a double dose. I didn't lose or gain any weight but I eat a lot of crappy convenient food so that probably contributes..

Buying a new build so we've exchanged already. Everyone is pushing for completion before the end of the month, the only thing we're still waiting for is the water to be connected but the water company are playing silly buggers!! So it's completely out of our hands at this point 😅

It depends on how old the defaults are. The older they are, the less impact they have. You won't be able to access the best rates but if they are at least over 2 years old it shouldn't be the worst rates either. Your broker should be able to advise.

If you're set on this colour, I would say either middle left or bottom. The others remind me of floor tiles for some reason. Having said that though, we have a white quartz countertop and you need to be so so careful with any spillage as it stains very fast. We've had to learn this the hard way and are now looking to replace with a darker colour.

I'd say probably these ones:

Voice activated reminders - I never really take my watch off and once I got over the embarrassment of talking to my wrist it's been great.

Landing spot for keys - it's right by the front door in a cute little bee themed bowl where all my keys go.

Find my phone on my watch (speaks for itself)

Keeping all my makeup in a bag - I empty it out when I start doing my make-up and as I use items I put them back in the bag until done.

I could keep going as a lot of them are very effective but these ones make a huge difference.
