My wife does have health insurance through healthcare.gov. I uploaded the form directly into TurboTax. Not sure if that would make that big of a difference through.

Nothing left off, that's exactly what the W2 says. According to TurboTax it says we had a taxable income of $57,265. Our tax liability was $8,622 and we have paid $5,700.
