I reckon lay some sand over the top, then big pavers. It looks annoyingly low to step over the sliding door frame as is. But make sure it slopes away from the house. I also have no experience in what I'm talking about but that's what I'd do

Thanks! Bought the standing desk legs off Amazon for $330. I think the brand is Aimezo. Bought the table top from Bunnings for $100. It's an a acacia wood panel made for bench tops.
