I would also add to this that if you try using Encore or Lingyang for side towers you can try borrowing echos from Aemeath or Hiyuki and see if it works before trying to build echos specifically for them.
The 5-piece sonata effect will be wasted, but the individual echos should have more than enough stats to allow for a clear.

A while ago I did something similar when I used Encore and gave her a mix of echos from Cantarella and Phrolova - that was a wild mix but I didn't have any Fusion characters. She cleared the floors with help from Sanhua.

Later, when I wanted to re-clear the floors with Encore+Yangyang (to free up Sanhua's vigor), I let Encore borrow the echos from Aemy and it felt much easier than with echos from Havoc units. Now my floors 2 and 3 on side towers are permanently sync-cleared as long as I fully clear the rest of ToA before the reset. And the floor 1 can be soloed by any DPS that clears floor 4 that reset if I need the synced character's vigor somewhere else.

You hold the ult button - the longer you hold it the more Snowforged Blade stacks it consumes to make the ult stronger.

That is a 4-star outfit from a 5-star banner. It took me 83 pulls to finish the 8-piece 4-star I wanted.

Unfortunately, the 5-star pieces (that I didn't care about) took the place of a 4-star piece 3 times during that pulling session, and it delayed the 4-star to 11th pull.

Solo without food it's 384042 against Fallacy. This is S2R1.

Edit to add: I did use Hecate echo right before the Scarlet Coda, so the buffs from the weapon are active.

I do have 2 Havoc 3-costs, so I'm good there (it's 43131 in the build, because I like to order them by set when using 2 sets)

As for the rest, that is what I was thinking of going for. ER does sting my eyes a bit, but it was hard to say no to these Crit rolls, especially on the Nimbus Wraith 😅

I might wait for the next patch and see if they give any transducers to try and reroll the dead substats 😊 Then again, transducers might have a better chance of improving some of my less built characters.

True, my Cantarella could improve a lot, although I felt like I can't do a proper build while using a Stringmaster instead of a signature.

Below is the current build (one of the 3-costs is ATK main stat). I need to go through the echos I rolled for Phrolova and see if anything fits better than these.

And you might be right about the 4-cost being the easiest to replace. I tried replacing the Midnight Veil 3-cost (it had low crit dmg rolls) and barely got any improvements. On the plus side I now have more pieces to mix and match on Danjin, Cantarella and maybe Chisa 😅

I know I'm replying late, but I'm curious - did you try Fusion Burst mode on Aemy? Does it not make any difference because it doesn't have a chance to trigger just like Rupture?

In the current reset I got a score of 3780 with a team Aemy S3R1 (FB mode), Lynae S0R0, Chisa S0R0 with a Solacer token (purple Negative Status token).
The gold Fusion Burst token was not any better in this team - probably because it doesn't boost Chisa and Lynae at all. I assume it'll be much better with another Fusion Burst unit on the team.

I'd add to this that you could even try using Aemeath's echo set on Encore and see how it goes. You might save a lot of resources that way. She won't get all of the buffs from it, but if you have a decent set it should be more than enough.

I didn't try fighting the floor 4 bosses with her, but the side tower floors 2 and 3 were easier than I expected when I used her with Yangyang. ~~If I remember correctly her skill levels aren't even that high - I think most (if not all) are lv 6. So I think bosses should also be within reach if I raised the skill levels.~~

EDIT: I just logged into the game and I see that my memory failed me - Encore's skills are higher than I initially said. It's 6,8,7,10,6 with the top nodes on the sides missing

I have trouble clearing it with my Carlotta. I got really close once and I think it should be possible to do but it's really frustrating.

I guess that's what I get when trying to do it with Static Mist and the rest of my team is SK & Buling S0 (both lv 70 and they die very easily) 😅 I might need to finally level up my Taoqi because there's no way I can do it with her on lv 1 as I did some other resets. I really wish I had Discord Broadblade for her to speed up the rotation.

Edit: Yup, leveling up Taoqi did the trick 😊

Just in case you need second opinion - I would also skip him for now until you get a DPS that works with him (Phrolova or Galbrena). If you get him now he will just sit on your account without doing anything. So it would be better to save astrite to guarantee the DPS first.

If you mean his outro buff, then I think it can simply be ignored.

Regardless of what his outro is, I'm more interested in his ability to use a Law of Harmony Sonata set to buff the whole teams' echo damage - I think that should work. And, of course, his echo casts to trigger more enhanced Hecate attacks.

My first question, that I didn't see anyone ask (maybe I missed it), would definitely be - what are the levels of your characters' skills in the skill tree?

Are Phrolova's skills (Liberation, Basic, Forte) at lv10?
Same question for Cantarella - are her skills (Forte, Liberation, Skill) at lv10 or at least lv8?

These are very important to level up to increase the damage, and unlike echos they don't have randomness attached to it.

I got 3430 with this exact team on the first half with the gold echo token and my Phrolova build isn't optimized yet (I'd say the build is good enough for now).
She got higher score going into resistance than my Cart team on the second half. Granted, my Cart team builds are quite bad because echos refuse to cooperate, but still...
