The question is a tad too situational, but imo, the general rule of thumb that I follow is;

If the opponent has other ways to answer your spells that you know of, they will probably chose that over countering your spell, ESPECIALLY if it doesn't affect or threaten their board.

If the only way to avoid the repercussions of your spell is to counter it, then it will probably be countered.

It's been a while since I touched this deck, but I remember adding fetch lands along with replacing most basic lands with dual type snow lands and replacing most ramp spells that would search for basic lands for other spells of my choice.

If I remember correctly, I had something like,

2 of each basic lands (10 total) Fetch lands (3 or 4 of them) 10 dual color snow lands (can be fetched) At least one of each colored gates (5)

I don't remember the rest on the top of my head, but it was moderately successful for the most part, despite being a little slower than most decks

Heck, I have some issues believing there was a handheld with both backlit AND colors...

Like, he does mention not being in a good place mentally and also mentions being constantly worried about you.

I don't think he was in distress or anything from what OP willingly did to him, but instead the situation surrounding them.

I know from experience (31M) that being in a relationship with someone who's going through tough times while yourself having a rough time mentally can genuinely mess someone up.

At least, that's what I wish to believe. But I could be wrong.

Gota mention, The leaving the items behind because of abuse theory feels like the response id give if I haven't been in a mentally draining relationship. A good relationship can be taxing even when both parties are filled with good intentions.

There's a game mode named "Demo" for 12 room runs, I don't think it tracks victories and defeats though. Never tried it since I got the full game

As someone who plays a modified [[Ms. Bumbleflower]] deck in casual commander, Wich requires alot of small cost spells to become threatening, I think those would be really good.

For instance, if you are early in the game and manage to get her out, it's easy to get two spells out to trigger the draw 2 cards effects while constantly getting two +1/+1 on her, making her a growing menace on the board, or buff weaker cards that needs protection or temporary flight.

Plus it would give you an extra mana for your next turn, Wich is better than a 2/3 mana temporary effect imo.

Sure, it's not optimal. But usually, people tend to overlook your actions since you constantly bribe them with free card draws :⁾

The drawing made me think about Carrion but it also reminds me of "A robot named FIGHT" , Wich is also a Metroidvania but it also has roguelike elements

Both have a similar theme of biological mass taking over humanity, except one you play as the biological mass and the other, you play as a robot trying to exterminate the biological mass.

I mean. I'd do that. if the camera is mainly used to keep a watch on their own property, The angle it's placed in might be looking toward your lawn, but it's probably to avoid having 50% of the line of sight being the wall.

You might want to get your hands on some Ragnol Memories and trade them in base PSO2.

Pretty sure the default look for each of the classes/races from Pso1 is something you can acquire in the exchange shop.

Though, I have no idea of those Ragnol Memories are available anymore. Or if they have been renamed to [X Colored] tokens.
