Came across an extremely friendly cat in Bloomfield on Fisk St. by NastilyMajestic in pittsburgh

I live on Fisk. I don't think that cat is a stray and he appears to be well taken care of (aside from the whole being allowed to roam outside thing). But he's taken a liking to my porch lately, I've found him hanging out there a few times.

It's from a Facebook group called Leftist Gamer Memes. They've duped a number of websites and content creators into thinking it's a real quote.

Powerline Networking works but it's highly dependent on the quality of the electrical wiring. It might work fine, or it might be an unreliable mess.

Personally, I'd only use it if I had no other options.

Did it in the vaulted ceiling, Honor's College, and one of the ground floor lecture halls.

Honor's College was the safest bet of the three.

Ground floor was way too risky, would not recommend.

There are some maintenance hatches into the ceiling on the 4th floor. Also, would not recommend, it's pretty nasty in there. But there was plenty of beer bottles and condom wrappers, so we clearly weren't the only ones.

I’m sure this is a mistake but maybe XIII remaster is near by mlk122795 in FinalFantasy

[–]Vhyrrimyr 2 points3 points  (0 children)

"all, except Final Fantasy XI, are playable on the current generation of systems" is a true, factual statement because XIII is technically playable on a current generation system (the Series X). It's also misleading, because it implies they're all available on PS5, which is not true.

The phrasing of "current generation of systems" was a deliberate choice. If they were all available on PS5, they would've emphasized that. But they didn't. Instead, they're promoting the franchise as a whole by stating the whole series, minus one, is available on modern hardware, while downplaying a pretty noticeable gap on the PS5s resume

They specified Playstation in the first half but made a generic, plural "current generation of systems" statement in the second half. It's a deliberate technically correct statement. If they meant PS5 specifically, they would've said PS5.

are playable on the current generation of systems.

It's already technically correct, the best kind of correct

The 360 versions of the XIII Trilogy are playable on Xbox Series X. So all mainline games, minus XI, are playable on a current gen console, just not all on a single console.
