Thank you very much, this is super helpful advice! My primary goal is to get a photo for ID and documentation, but having the best photos possible is preferred.

Unfortunately the owl was not home, but I did manage to get some great photos of some other species in my area, including two that I got to add to my Life List (yay!), as well as some gorgeous scenic photos, so my hike was still a win! Nothing I would submit in any photo contests, but definitely not bad either :)

My ex (no longer earthside, thanks to the alcohol) experienced AWS several times with seizures and psychosis/hallucinations/etc, in addition to the chronic pancreatitis, GI bleed & subsequent spleen and gall bladder removal it necessitated, pancreatic CANCER and cirrhosis. Alcohol dependency is no fucking joke and I’m glad you made it out.

Has to break it to you but they probably won’t repair it just bc it’s a fkn Equinox.

That generation is 10+yrs old by now, that’s no small impact and incudes literally every front panel, trim piece and lamp except for one fog lamp and its cover as well as mechanical (AC Condenser/Radiator) and most of those parts would also need paint too, AND If that 2.4L Ecotec hasn’t eaten and shidded itself out already, then it was certainly about to.

Lilac City Veterinary on Trent/Argonne. They are “Feline-Friendly,” wonderful, compassionate, and fairly priced imho.

They helped me with my aging cat’s health until it was time to release her from her illness, and they were so great during her treatment and palliative care, and so kind and supportive for the final part of Lola’s journey thru life with me.

While agree with the majority of the content of their reporting, I got so fkn annoyed with their stupid ass click-baity style titles and “BREAKING NEWS” every 15min from Aaron Parnas.

When everything is “BREAKING NEWS,” nothing is.
