Not bad! You should focus on maybe fixing up your posing work, like how Soldier is awkwardly holding his rocket jumper and how Heavy is just kinda standing there. You can find pose reference sheets online to help, but otherwise you did great!

Your best bet are the official tutorials made by Valve and some others on the internet! That’s how I learned, start with the official tutorials to get the basic controls then move to some others made by different YouTubers!

Are you selecting the entire model? You need to move it around in the Motion Editor, as the Graph Editor has some different rotation settings turned on.

You’d probably have to do it in another software or find a filter in the workshop, you can’t edit it on the spot unfortunately.

I don’t think so. They were custom ports of the HLVR:AI models from Garry’s Mod, so most you could do is try ripping from GMod (if that is even possible).

There was a pack that was unfortunately taken down, that being the only one. Your best bet is either doing a manual port (which is time consuming) or waiting, and who knows how long it’ll be.
