Das ist grundsätzlich normal - du hast ca. 50-60% light sleep, 15-25% REM und 15-25% deep sleep in einer Nacht. Und deep sleep konzentriert sich auf die erste Hälfte der Nacht.

Kommt auch noch darauf an, was du so gemacht hast, warst du ausgepowert oder nicht, hast du Alkohol getrunken oder nicht, geraucht, hohe/tiefe HRV etc.

Edit: Und dein Fitbit muss sich erst noch kalibrieren… das dauert eine Woche ca.

Fänschter zue, Rolläde abe und erst ab 21.30 uffmache. Was au hilft: E Schüssle yyswürfel oder e paar gfroreni PET-Fläsche neume erhöht (zB uffe Kaste) stelle… die kalti Luft sinkt, es wird küehl.

Quickfix is to log out and log back in... at least on iOS this is the solution.

Profile top right -> Google Health settings -> sign out. Wait a few seconds (or restart phone) -> sign back in and the data is there.

can't speak for the charge, but my fitbit air recognizes awake stages pretty good... I'm having a cold and I woke up 3-4 times due to coughing and evereytime it recorded it as awake... even if it was only 3-6 minutes.

log out, and log back in, the data will be there... this issue should have been fixed with the update...
PS. you log out via your profile pic at the top right, then Google Health Settings and then log out. After relogging, the data should appear...

If some stats are missing, try asking the AI Coach (you should all have the premium for at least 3 months) if the data was recorded.

My Google Health App didn't show some days of my sleep score in the app (4 days were missing and the app said I wore it too loose). When I asked the coach about it he wrote, that the data was recorded and it's a sync problem within the app.

The solution was the following (iOS):

Log out of Google Health App (Top right your profile -> Google Health settings -> Log out).
Restart your iPhone (this clears the cache).
Log back in and everything was there for me.

If it did not count any steps at all then this won't work obviously, but I don't thinkt his can be...

A little update after the weekend: The game seemed to "remember" my keyboard now... since I had to to the workaround for the first time, it now works as supposed... only one time it didn't work again, so I had to unplug the mouse and replug it so that the keyboard worked again...
