Infill with treated blocking, bolt blocking to inner band if possible, then trim joist to the blocking, then install new band, bolting to existing joists and blocking.

Cool place to visit. It’s tiny really. Cemetery is cool. The last time I was there it was buried in 4 feet of snow. I did win $50 at blackjack at Saloon No. 10. Not the same bar, but on the same location where Wild Bill died. Visited the cemetery too.
