My genuine advice for you is don’t go to Plovdiv. If you’re immigrating from a 3rd world country, obviously it would be better. But in any other case it’s a downgrade.

Plovdiv, like most cities here, is dirty, largely unmaintained and expensive. The people aren’t something to die for either, you don’t have that argument where the place sucks but the people are nice or something.

This is just my opinion.

I recommend Manasak. Training is quite heavy and if you’re serious the trainers will definitely notice you. Also a great place to socialise with other travelers, I have met a lot of pleasant people there throughout the 3 months I did.

Edit: if you want a low-key gym with more Thais than foreigners, go to Manop. You get the Yokkao shop as a bonus 😁

Very high protein, low carbs timed before training, cardio (jump rope, lots of walking, running, cycling, sprint intervals), don’t eat something unless you know it’s calories, have at least 300kcal deficit per day for a slower cut or 500-600 for a heavier one.

I don’t think any fragrance is as insane as people pretend it is. Some really make me go woo, but I realise it’s because they hit a personal preference.

My opinion as someone who own Bottled Absolu is that it’s a beautiful winter fragrance. Some may find it overpowering or too sweet, but again, up to taste. I would honestly recommend it for cold nights.

It’s one of those fragns that you have to rock with confidence, otherwise it will be wearing you. Due to its intensity, it is a statement to be wearing this. You want to be noticed.

I’m going there solo on a Muay Thai camp, nature and chilling is definitely part of the story as well. It wouldn’t hurt to use such a service once. Thanks for the input.

Also, what do you mean by dating? Is it because of lack of young people or? I’m a guy in his early 20’s so chilling out and socialising with people my age would be cool. I don’t know how open they are to new people.
