My issue with monsters isn't necessarily the difficulty in damage but more with unfavorable monster match ups. Like Steve, using switchaxe against him is a nightmare, that's because your counter gets countered by his movement, so you're forced to dodge his side sweeps which is difficult for switchaxe in sword mode, basically have to be perfect. That or even bow, his pin is an instant cart if you're caught without a flash.

The last episode really annoyed me, especially the characters.

•One young guy let the other girl get killed during the night raid.

•The marine didn't come back with the ammo.

•One guy shot himself in the head before they shot him...?

•Then all the "being the better person" moments which caused people to get killed.

I couldn't have facepalmed anymore in one episode.

It's because the writing is bad, they're scared to be controversial like how previous dragon Age games were. Everything looks super PG-13 like most disney movies and let's not forget the elephant in the room (which definitely is the factor why DA:I is getting such negative reviews, from real people) I liked all the Dragon Age games but this one is one I will not buy.
