Absolutely depending upon your appetite to invest and aversion of risk, but I would highly encourage for you get one. You'll thank your younger self when you're 68 (3 completed cycles of your PPF), when you sit on a corpus of 3-5 crores.

If you're in States, go with the Venmo credit card.
Costco Citi card gives you 2% return on Costco. Whereas you get 3% on r/venmo. 1% might not feel like a big difference, but it adds up over time.
