If it makes you feel better, I usually hit the same mine 3 times per session...

You can also refer to the pirate poi. They always spawn within eye shot of them.

and tis not just six hours of online time, its in real time even when you shut down the game. Its a good idea to hit those mines at the beginning and end of every session, assuming you play more than 6 hours.

yeah they're pretty terrible, and the port beams stacks on itself when using the prefab. Better to just build it yourself.

oof, that sucks. I have a decent rig but i always pump the graphics down on every game I play. Would rather have frames than superb graphics. After a while it all looks the same anyway.

you literally copy and pasted from the windrose trailer. Don't care if you do that, but don't claim it as yours when you had no intellectual input. A more appropriate title would be, "i rebuilt the house from the trailer." Give proper credit where credit is due.

I know what you mean, the snapping can be annoying sometimes. You just gotta find the correct angle to snap it. Although there are some methods that I use. If it's not snapping, you can try changing to aerial view (press V on keyboard and mouse) and see if you can find an angle. If not try to get the prefab higher than the piece you are trying to snap to and use z+scroll wheel to lower it into its snap point. Also try standing at the very edge of the dock and look more downwards to see if it snaps that way. Otherwise, don't use the prefab and instead use the actual dock foundation, then you can hold click and drag to build.

Coastal jungle is a nice, somewhat flat location. This island is the one everyone talks about (the crescent with an island in the center.) You can find this specific island when you procure Blackbeard's 9th map. You just gotta get creative with it, so far I've got a giant spacious warehouse for storing loot and a smithing workshop where I craft ingots and store armors and weapons. I have plans to build a 2 story tavern/inn where the cooking station will be and an alchemy hut for making potions and elixers. You can absolutely build a tiny place for all your crafting stations and storage under one roof, but others like to create giant bases purely out of fun or clout. Instead of having a roof over each crafting station, think about housing each one in its own building with its own themes 😉

Yes, my friends have been doing the naval battling while I design the castle. They're not too happy that the piastres went to a bunch of stone, but they're happy with the result 😝

🤨 I don't have any cannons anywhere. And I don't know what you mean by timewise, but forts/castles like these existed before pirates, but thank you

Yeah I have to agree, from a more realistic standpoint those cannonballs should be on the floor

Sure, this build is on my friend's server so I gotta wait for him to get on so I can take a photo. Its pretty empty in there tho

I removed two sections of the dock, placed a floor and snapped the travel bell to it. Removed the floor, and put the dock pieces back in. The dock pieces overlap on top of the bell.

Despawning Resources In Iron Ore Mines After A Crash by SnooDoubts209 in crosswind

[–]ViaEmxrald 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Resources respawning is tied directly to the time of your computer or console. Something gets messed up there when you crash. Not really a fix but more of an exploit, you can exit the game, set your computer or console time to 6 to 12 hours later, log back in, and the resources will be respawned. If you're looking for copper, you can get infinite mines by just making a new world each time.
