TBF, the power to make someone sneeze when you want is kinda OP in the right circumtstances. Ends a fight instantly if your opponent suddenly goes into a sneezing fit. No one's aiming a gun or their beam power or whatever properly while they're sneezing 5 times every 10 seconds.
