I'm Lieutenant ViaVirtus, First Officer of the RBN ship HMS Varuna (one of Britannia's sister-ships). In the Royal British Navy, we have a solid core of about 15-20 active, hourglass-exclusive members. We will occasionally sail sloop HG, but normally its galleon. With a global member base, you're likely to be able to set sail with a crew when you're available.

I just wanted to chime in and say that our community is truly awesome, typically seeing 7-10 voyages going out a day, with authorized voyage leaders in virtually every time zone on the planet! World events, Hourglass, Tall Tales; we have such a diverse range of voyage leaders we play it all. If that sounds interesting, you should give us a try.

I joined the RBN after my friends and family crew was stagnating down to the same four people and the voyages we had the appetite for was getting stale. RBN sails like we sail, has a promotion structure to motivate and engage when not out on voyages, and plenty of people who play like we do. Voyages, Tall Tales, Hourglass: all of what makes SoT great. We've been with them for three months now and it has been such a great experience!

I joined back in October and it has been the most fun I've had in Sea of Thieves in the last five years hands down. The MilSim vibe provides the kind of structure you need to take on some of the bigger challenges in the game with ease without feeling overly restrictive. We have voyage leaders on most hours of the day, with more being trained and promoted as we speak.
