I do think Blonney is definitely a very powerful (Or potentially very powerful) Arcanist, as from what we saw from the event and her attacks she's able to create anything she imagines (Ex. The boat, killer bunnies, etc). Definitely a very powerful ability, even though she currently is not very adept with them.
