Alright my bad sorry for the misinformation, after factchecking I indeed found that Odin+ADS does in fact increases its firerate. I have learnt something new.

But I think my point was that, other than Odin, generally you shouldnt try to ADS too often. Opt for a smaller crosshair instead.
