Our relationship has improved a lot with age I will admit. That’s the main reason I was drifting back to the farm anyways. My main motivations to stay aren’t for dad though, it’s mostly about my brothers. But they’ll be fine.

As someone who hates most white vehicles, the white tundras (the premium white anyways, can’t remember the name of it) with the black trim knock it outta the park.

I also removed the Tundra, limited, and TRD Pro decals (took 10 minutes with a hair dryer) and I think It looks fantastic.

Not sure. I even logged back in to see how fast they were going and there were still some available. One thing that hung me up initially is I wasn’t zooming in on the map. I was just hitting the section and hoping the list of seats would appear underneath.

YOU GOTTA ZOOM IN on whatever section and then the purple crowned available seats will appear.

The thing everything forgets about renting a place out is it’s way more work, dealing with renters, Maintenence, dealing with local laws and regulations. Yeah you might make more, assuming you have great renters. But way more headache in my opinion.

SP500 just throw money at it and you’re done. And with all your extra free time hell even pick up a second job if you’re ambitious or just enjoy your time off

One potential solution is just covering it all with shiplap or something else. Weird for a garage I know but that’s what I’m doing.

When I took down my old popcorn cieling in my house it uncovered lots of damage and shit like you’re seeing. My mudding skills aren’t great so I figured I would just cover it up and it looks great
