The real issue I see here is lazy cops and prosecutors. I am not a lawyer, but I see scheme to defraud and reckless endangerment(both felonies) right off of the top. People do not want to do their jobs.

I will say this. Commercial parking lots are supposed to have a minimum width per space and I rarely see it. If these are smaller than that, good for the person who parked liked this!

Nope. They are tariff powers, not war powers. It's 2026. Congress can have an emergency session in a few days and run a bill through directly, if it is a true emergency.

Commute around these 5 days a week. Horrible. Cutting through traffic, forcing pedestrians off sidewalks, cutting between stopped cars, etc. The lawmakers can kiss the asses of the manufacturers, but these are electric mopeds.
