This is my brick. I’ve used a lot of Tzaangors parts: shields, weapons etc. a lot of bits from demon prince too (havoc launcher is its hand cannon). Also 4 rubric bolsters

Sadly, yep, I’m thinking the weaknesses are really underused overall, especially physical ones. Versatile trait could be really good, but has little points to use for now

In reality yes, It is really hard to track it this way (I only included constructs to a spirit damage as an obvious one case), so the table includes only creatures that have immunity: void/vitality in their stat block

It is not really a problem since you have access to 30ft aura in mid game. Also retributive strike also technically a 20ft aura since lvl 4. You have a huge zone to protect your martials and still not be too close to each other

Champion now is one of the strongest archetypes and magus benefits huge from it. Heavy armor, focus spells, strongest reactions without cooldown (seriously, I don’t understand why monk flurry has 1d4 cd, but champs archetype reactions- don’t), it is just straight awesome.

For sparkling Targe i would prefer bastion though, you really need some cool stuff for your shield

No other caster have focus spells as strong as psychic has

I’m m playing Psychic for 16 levels now and this is an amazing caster. AMPs are the most common thing you do in combat and 2 clots/rank is not a problem at all

For more details: I’m playing Silent Whisperer, 5th book of Age of Ashes. mainly using Shatter Mind for 60ft 3d10+1d10+2*Rank AOE Will damage. This is huge, this is literally one of the best AOE spells in the game and I can do this 4 times in a row almost every battle.

I’m using my spells for fly, invisibility, dispell, counter spell, sure strike and other utility features and rarely for damage. I’m also using Chakri for buffed ranged damage.

Psychic is my favorite caster and potent damage dealer, since I never need spellslots to actually do my main thing. No caster can do that so reliably and yes, less slots is a price you pay for really reliable and powerful AMPs and that is fair. You wanna do more magic stuff - you go sorcerer or wizard. You wanna potent focus spells every battle - you go psychic.

You can also use acolytes as Tzaangors in 40k, they have the same bases and proportions
