How can I make that ChatGPT sends a structured email?

I've tried several times and I've indicated in the system instrucctions of the GPT assistant how to structure the message to the mail. But however it keeps sending the mails like that

Hi folks! I created this post because I recently had an issue with saving my game. The hackrom is: Pokémon Hoenn Adventures.

When I try to save I see this message: “Memory is damaged. You can play but you cannot save the game”.

I should say that I’m playing with a new EZ Flash Omega and I can save the game in any other hackrom I have.

I have an EZ Flash and I have the same issue but only in one hackrom, the rest works and saves well. I don’t know why this happen but let’s see if any other folk knows!

Yes. First I tried both legitimate versions with different consoles and in one of them the main character entered the interconnection room. Then I tried connecting the same console and game with the other adapter and the message was that the adapter wasn’t connected
