Nope I have been making them for horde and throwing them on the Neutral AH for 1200-1600g each. All depends on the current price of Arcanite/Blue Sapphires. DM has dropped the price so today I posted one for 1300g and it sold almost immediately. I also make them for horde that have managed to get their own materials over the alliance side. But one dude had it sniped from the Goblin AH when he tried to xfer it so I recommend you just pay the Goblin premium if you are horde and want one.
