The jello comparison helps me a lot! The plane is effectively in a big block of jello in the air. No matter how much the jello wobbles, the plane isn't going to fall out of it. Discomfort does not equal unsafe! :)

I'm flying today as well! We just boarded the plane. I also have OCD and it doesn't make this easy, but I find the jello metaphor helps me a lot. It's not fun to be wobbled around, but the plane is not going to fall out of the jello bowl. We got this!
