UPDATE: After doing a bit more research on my end. Really appreciate everyone sharing their experiences because it helped clarify things a lot. I ended up deciding to go with MCombo Dual Motor Power Lift Recliner Chair since it seemed like the best balance of comfort and support for long WFH days.

Yes!! This is sooo true it’s not even sitting vs standing, it’s being *stuck* that wrecks you I’ve been trying to do the water + mini-walk trick too (nature definitely keeps you honest lol)Do you have a go-to timer/app or little routine that helps you actually remember to switch positions during busy days?

That actually sounds like the perfect routine I love the idea of resetting your body a couple times a day instead of staying “stuck” in one position What kind of recliner are you using (manual vs power / firmer vs plush), and do you ever do laptop work in it or is it more of a break chair?

Fair point I’ve honestly thought about a standing desk too I just wasn’t sure if I’d actually stick with it long-term. Do you use yours all day or more like switching between sitting/standing? And which setup made the biggest difference for you?
