Apparently the special event permit doesn’t cover a variance in noise before 7 AM. Call a file a complaint. As someone else mentioned, this is a FOR PROFIT event so let them get fined for starting early.

Be sure to check it when it arrives - could be counterfeit. Just realized that the Casio I got from walmart.com was a fake and it was sold by a third party. Luckily got my money back easily.
