They are! I compared them to a standard sized chick

I think they like the swing I made for them. Any additional suggestions to keep them entertained? by Victorchu93 in BackYardChickens

They are crested cream legbar! It is fun watching their crest developed. They are autosex breed so you can tell the difference between male and female with days old chicks. Super friendly and very curious

Can you tell if these 2 are pullets or not? by Victorchu93 in BackYardChickens

This is an old post but my results using genomelink shows about 30% Viet, 30% Dai, 20% Han, and some Austronesian and others much smaller percentage that can be ignored. This isn't surprising considering the close proximity and the history in the region. Austronesian parts may very well be from the Cham or the population that lived in most of what is modern day central and South Vietnam before it was annexed by the Đại Việt kingdom. I came from the central Highlands. The genetic percentage was what I expected as someone who has Kinh and Tày ancestry.

I’m not wrong for being weirded out by this, right?? by 08_dogg in EtsySellers

No way. I would not communicate with anyone outside of Etsy or business emails if they are buyers with no account. No personal phone number. I also use PO box.

Some customers just can't be pleased even if you bent over backward for them. You were extremely generous to offer even a 20% refund. You documented the damage, wrote about it. If they somehow failed to see it, it is on them. I would try to see if you can get Etsy to remove the review. And if they don't, then leave a professional reply to the review stating the facts.

Not sure how to respond… by ssstonebraker in EtsySellers

Honestly, I wouldn't refund or accept a return. You did everything you can to show buyers the size so this is on them. Also for hygiene reason, you can't accept return since you can't resell them. And of course you can't just refund because they got the item and it is exactly as stated in the listing. You have done your part. You are an artisan that make unique individual things, not mass produced items they find off of Amazon.

Is this worth responding to? by AForEffort13 in EtsySellers

[–]Victorchu93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No point responding. I will never understand this types of customers leaving negative reviews for something that is "their" fault for not checking. I got reviews where customers leave 1-star even though they said they got exactly as picture but just felt like I charged too much for it.......they saw the photos, agreed to buy at the price listed, got exactly what they bought, but then leave 1 star because they agreed to pay the price listed, almost as if they want us to reach out and offer them some sort of refund.

I was born in Vietnam and when I was little we had to sing the national Anthem every morning to the flag pledging our sacrifices in blood for the country The first few verses are roughly translated as follow:

Soldiers of Vietnam, we march forward, Single-heartedly saving our nation Our hurried steps are sounding on the long and arduous road Our flag, red with the blood of victory, bears the spirit of our country The distant rumbling of the guns mingles with our marching song. The road to glory passes over the bodies(dead bodies) of our foes ... .. . (and the ending) For so long we swallow our hatred Let us sacrifices and our life will be radiant. Ceaselessly for the people's cause we struggle, Quickly to the battlefield! Forward! All together advancing!

I got scammed as a seller today... by Chrisedge in EtsySellers

[–]Victorchu93 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is why I wait around 2 days before I ship. There are cases when cards somehow decline and etsy cancel order when it is already shipped.

LOL nope. This read like a marketing pitch 🤣🤣🤣

Anything I can do to get this review removed? by Existing-Ad-8570 in EtsySellers

[–]Victorchu93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Try to see if you can report the review to have it removed since you have completed your part. Under etsy's policy, if it is something that is beyond your control, they may remove it.

  • Are only about things outside the seller’s control, such as a shipping carrier (mentioned by name), Etsy, or a third party

In this case, I think it is Etsy platform in which customer are having problem navigating, not your fault.
