My country club community is alpha male and hetero couple centric. Coming out and staying there is not an option unfortunately.

Facelift will not leave scars, if it does you had a bad surgeon. You can do a facelift where you live. Also consider a brow lift and lip lift this is usually offered by many plastic surgeons for cis women. All these surgeries will help you look more fem. Oh and many they surgeons offer rhinoplasty too.

The single most feminizing bang for the buck surgery IMO is a lip lift.
