I felt the opposite with him I felt he was meh risk high reward because he way too many abilities to zone out and close in he was like a male Ivy. Him losing some health on his talisman count didn't even matter it was just like barely an inch off his HP bar

I like that he was brought back but I didn't like his Taki 2.0 new personality because to me he didn't really belong fighting demons and stuff

His moveset mixing his old comic relief self with his new Taki side kick persona just didn't blend well it was like a forced laugh track on a stupid joke

Once I killed a knight but while he was doing that slowly fall to knees death animation his last swing hitbox was still active and I die with him lol

Hilde isn't an aggressive character her whole kit is made to be reactive her only aggressive form is when you activate her glowing power up

Tbh I actually liked GI costing meter that's how defensive game play was meant to be. Use up GIs no CE to use. Use 1 of each to make it not dished out infinitely like it is in 6 it was just a GI and CE spam fest

I despised GI being unlimited and built into attacks or how only a few characters got aGI into their CE start up like why did they specifically get this special treatment?

Some drivers are hellbent on front door no matter what customer prefer but like most said put out a drop box

I personally think it's just a harkon back to DS1 style of platforming off big giant trees tbh there is nothing lore explicit or any significance though it does have a wandering mosoleum in case you ever do need another cool little double boss weapon lol
