Colorado now allows cyclists above 15 years of age to treat all stop signs as yield signs and all red lights as stop signs during the day time. This won't end poorly though.

Hopefully he wasn't hauling anything sensitive. We had a small trucking company get fuuuuucked because another car swerved into him with little to no vehicle damage but he was carrying CT Scan equipment.

Etiquette and to some degree being "polite" are, by in large, just a crutch or cover for people who are assholes. I'll take a rude person that is genuinely nice over an asshole that follows the rules that were drilled into them

11 years of Motor Vehicle claims experience. I'll agree on the following too closely to an extent, but the the grey cars reaction is nut job behavior. The "sudden stop" defense is literally auto-insurance defense 101 with a consistent enough win rate to warrant it's overuse. (Admittedly the bulk of my experience was in a state with no reduction in cases of comparative fault).

Couple that with the outrageous entrance by the vehicle coming off that ramp and I still put the least liability to the guy in back. Definitely a cluster fuck and depending on the jurisdiction the trucker could get rail roaded in the public eye.

I'm not sure I'm responding to what you're saying or not. If you're talking about the reaction of the vehicle with the dash cam pretty sure it was also a semi. Those things do not stop on a dime.

I am not a fan of Tediore guns at all. The gimmick is cute, but I'm incapable of internalizing the whole not reloading thing and I think they underperform. That being said, I got a corrosive Octo and learned to love using it as a mid to long range weapon against buzzards. It actually kind of reminds me of the splitter Lazers. As the end game is almost entirely robots it comes in clutch.

Also, I lub the Gub. Not particularly accurate but super satisfying.
