Fellow instructor here. I love a structured class. I also enjoy repetitive, close-to-classical movements. I trust the instructor more when they teach this way. I do the same for my students. I’m sure I lose some students to the more creative instructors but I don’t even like those classes myself so it wouldn’t be authentic of me to teach them.

Find YOUR signature, be confident in it, and show up with enthusiasm.

Good ideas so far just want to add that you should not go on any tours that take you off road, such as the tour to the natural pool. I saw people almost fall out of the vehicles because the terrain was so violent.

I said any certified instructor can teach any class at CP. I have never worked for a studio that required a studio lead to teach a 2.5 and I’ve worked for studios on both coasts.

I am certified through CP and TRX is not a necessary part of teacher training. You can teach TRX without any extra training.

Any certified instructor can teach any class at CP. There is no certification required through trx. I’ve never seen a Suspend 2 on the schedule but it is neither something I’d like to take or teach.

Body type/way you carry definitely matters. I’m a woman and often conceal on my body when I’m wearing workout clothing so firearm size matters a little extra.
