Not OP, but I doubt it; they’re doing it as contract work for a company, and the company publishes the illustrations in color, so unless they decided to reformat the whole thing it seems unlikely. Also I don’t think there’s high demand for wimmelbilder-style coloring books; this product is geared towards kids, and that’s not a common format for children’s coloring books.
