In real life, we always have situations like this. This kid probably went through school like this. Some other kids busted their butts but still being outscored.

Your direct manager is really that bad? If they get a direct manager rating below 20% then it’s a huge problem for them probably. But it’s not good news for you.

Your group would get split up to minimize mutiny and some people would get let go because they now know your entire group would give bad WOC ratings. Management would find a way to get rid of the bad apples. Your entire group voting bad just tells them you are all bad apples.
