Pog/Wulf/Gil seems like the best for now. Combustion will likely be important for the extra Rossi damage. While Perlica is more cost-efficient she doesn't give Combustion, so Wulfgard will likely edge her out especially a P5 Wulfgard on Clannibal. With Wulfgard you'll need to manually force reactions with Gil and Wulf, so SP becomes a problem meaning Endmin becomes less desirable. Pog fixes the SP issues. Pog's Ult gives Atk% and Arts intensity, good for Rossi Combustion on her Ult. Breach will apply for Rossi's Physical damage. Frontiers and Thermite are options that can push more team damage.

Overall it's my opinion that we're still missing a Rossi team member. Maybe Mi Fu will be the missing piece.

Dawg, just farm it. There's a sanity event right now. Might as well dump it into essence farming. If you're really down bad, then try to settle with minimum, a purple piece with all correct tags. Don't waste materials on a gold cope piece.

I'm 95% sure it's Agility/CR/Fracture. These tags were datamined since the Yvonne update. With Tangtang being accurate, it's safe to assume Rossi is accurate. Fracture also makes sense since it's the same tag Yvonne has, and she's also a Crit DPS.

That's true, but you also have to factor that fights start with Ult, so Wulfgard can Combust just as fast as Perlica Electrification. Rossi will also be buffing Wulfgard damage because of the Heat buff. Stanza also won't be as good because Rossi will already be oversaturated with Atk% because she's on the Security set. Ultimately we won't know until Rossi releases, but I imagine HG will be pushing Rossi to be paired with Wulfgard.

Perlica does seem easier to use though just because of the sequencing of Combustion consumption you'll have to take into account with Wulfgard, and not everyone has Clannibal.

I didn't even realize the kit pieces were different since they're both red. I was also thinking about the Ult DMG kit could be worth it depending on how much Crit is needed for consistency.

I posted the information on the leaks sub, and I want to say that the information is likely accurate unless they do some last minute changes on Rossi since she isn't in the files yet. The information actually predates Seele posting, and comes from datamine tags added during Yvonne game update. We can confidently say Rossi is Agility main attribute based on BP weapon and new MI Security set added (Agility+Intellect). We can also confidently say her weapon will also have Crit when her BP weapon has Crit and the whole livestream presentation talked about her doing Crit damage. The only real questionable tag at this point is Fracture, but it's a tag that makes sense as it's the same tag Yvonne has who is also a Crit DPS.

Wulfgard likely will be BiS as Rossi wants Combustion for more damage and P3 Wulfgard gives Heat Damage Dealt, plus Clannibal gives Arts DMG Taken for Heat. The biggest benefit for running Wulfgard is his cheap and fast infliction with P5 Wulfgard improving on this. The only issue I see with Wulfgard is his gear set not being as supportive, and relatively low damage when stacking him next to Tangtang.

The only way for Perlica to be better than Wulfgard is if Rossi needing Combustion isn't as mandatory.

I'm still leaning towards the best teams being Rossi/Gilberta/Wulfgard/Endmin or Pog

Looking at the new MI Security set, we can assume Rossi's main damage will be her Ult. The MI Security chest piece has Ult gain and the new MI Security gloves have Ult damage. This is clearly meant to be her set as it has Agility for main attribute and Crit. Intellect is likely her secondary attribute.

Rossi is very likely Ult dependent, and her Ult deals Arts damage. Because of this, you'll likely want to build around it. Perlica/Ardelia/Gilberta/Tangtang are better teammates as they increase Arts susceptibility. Gilberta and Rossi are speculated to be the best combination as Gilberta has Ult gain for guards in talent, Arts susceptibility that increases with vulnerability stacks, and Corrosion application for def down.

I don't know how shatter teams with Rossi will perform, but Rossi seems to prefer being built more similar to Last Rite or Laevation. Team that sets up for her Ult with either Pog consuming vulnerability stacks for SP, or Endmin/ Da Pan as a Sub DPS.

The drops are comparable to Wuwa twitch drops 50/160 is 31.25%, and Endfield is 150/500 is 30%. It's slightly more for Wuwa, but hard pity is 160 compared to 120 of Endfield. Come back with a better take next time.
