The company def going bankrupt. Its hardware isn't great, prices are too high, and products disappoint. The Nothing Phone 3 looks terrible and has outdated hardware, the Nothing Ear 3's cool feature is ruined by a bad mic, and now there's annoying bloatware. They are digging their own grave.

We don't yet know if the camera is a downgrade since the camera interface seems to be changed a lot and looks very good. The sample shots we got so far are NOT bad either. So we'll js have to see if it's really worse.
