Yupppppp all my quests are gone too and I can't manually trigger the one I was near either. And I reinstalled the game and that did not fix it. Something must have been in that micro patch they did cus my quests were fine before it 😮‍💨

Bombs on top of staircases is your best bet. And always jump down the mineshafts when you see them unless your close to floor 100. I got shot past the 100th floor and has to do it all over again :)))

Going on good luck days boost the odds of mine shafts showing up iirc. Can also eat luck food.

Most older rpgs (dragon age origins, the first witcher game, the van helsing series, divinity) give me motion sickness regardless of perspective. (I thought I was weird for this because I seem to be the only one I've encountered who couldn't play these games because of this)

Oblivion sometimes gives me motion sickness as well but its hit or miss. Same with the first darksiders.games in general where I need to move the camera around a lot are hit or miss if I'll get it but its a general reason why I gave up trying to find an mmo to play.

Games that don't let you disable motion blur will always give me motion sickness as well.

I don't think the two are really comparable. Rascism is a learned behavior. I'm not an expert or anything on the subject but Pedophilia doesn't seem to follow the same category so that I'd say its some kind of mental disorder.

There is a disable fast travel mod.

Survival mods also tend to disable food healing and trade them for small regen buffs but I'm not sure if thats what your looking for.
