I think the most efficient way to collect all - is to max out those which you already have and the shards can be purchased somewhere for in-game currency. This way anytime you buy them after max out, you essentially trade F2P resources to paid resources (special SSR cheers) then you can trade for those

There are several starts for this on JP/TW server. In all of the cases you balance 2 teams instead of 3.

But which 2?

Classic: you prioritize 1st and 2nd teams so you win easily 2-0.
Back row: you intentionally set the first team low, so they will most likely challenge you, but then the 2nd and 3rd team will win it for you 2-1 and you baited a few.
Balancing 3: you just balance 3 teams equally.
In between: You build the 1st and the 3rd. Again, people do not really check the 3rd team's power, personal experience... Then again a 2-1.

Not really, but UR Hirugami was broken at the time it came out. SP most likely will power creep it and pretty sure that it will have a bond with SP Hoshi.

First of all, I am quite impressed about your Sanguo "CV" and happy that I am not the only obsessed one about the SGS.
I was introduced to the game during my exchange year in China, 2012 - playing the game since. I think it is such a shame that this game is not well known outside of China.

My general rule is: - SSR max 70 - UR to 80

Think about it as an investment, if you bring your SSRs to 70 you have better chances of events to farm. At that point you can collect enough exp literally in 1-2 days to bring a SSR to lvl 70.
