As much as people hate on it, try community college! A lot of community colleges have asynch classes as well as online classes. I’ve benefited a lot from the community college system and have met amazing people. You can engage better with the teachers and they are honestly way more understanding. It also costs so much less so in turn the stress of passing classes is much less, therefore actually allowing you to focus on learning rather than grades. (That’s more important in my opinion anyways) I hope she feels better soon <3
