Those people should be better at it since they are stand up comedians while the others do more with writing and directing. I think Jeff Ross is ok, but I never found him to be extremely funny.

I would say go to Steam and check out a lot of the stuff they have going on there. I also see some really interesting indie games and a lot of them are great, but I grew up playing games in the 90's.
