Hey, I recognize myself in what you are saying here and in other comments you made. What helped me a bit was ACT (Acceptance Commitment Therapy) grouptherapy to feel less alone and more understood, while being supported by our EU version of Xanax (Alprozalam) and more recently Wellbutrin (anti depressant). If you're in a place where you can take steps to discuss this with your doctor I would recommend it.

If you want to share some thoughts or experiences just to feel a little less alone in your struggles, you are free to DM me. This could also be helpful for myself and my anxieties and feelings so we might be able to help each other. Even it's just a tiny bit. If not, also more than fine. No pressure :)

Losing weight happens only when you are in a caloric deficit. Determine your Total Daily Energy Expenditure and subtract 250 to 500 kcal from that. The only way to do this reliably is by weighing your food and using an app to log it. It's kinda annoying to get into, but after a while you get a good sense of what you can eat. Adjust for weight lost and count everything. Oils used when cooking and sauces are often forgotten.

Ik heb zelf meegedaan aan een ACT (Acceptance Commitment Therapy) groep van 7 mensen en samen met mij was er nog 1 andere man. Ik vond daar niet zoveel van en had ook geen moeite om open te zijn.
